Simply boil water, pour it into a bowl, add 1-2 Tbsp of the herbs, steep for a few minutes, covered, to release the oils, place a towel over your head and the bowl to trap the steam, and breath in the soothing herbs.

This steamer can be helpful for soothing the bronchial passages associated with mild asthma.
